DISPATCH TIMES
We will always do our best to turn around orders as quickly as possible. Current dispatch time for Made To Order products is 2- 3 weeks. All Ready To Post items are despatched within 3 working days. Lead times can occasionally be effected by fabric deliveries, and volume of orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been posted.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for, or Hermes Standard Shipping, at a flat rate of £3 per order.
Shipping time via Royal Mail 2nd class is 2-3 working days, Hermes 2-4 days - Please be aware of potential delays due to Covd-19 and seasonal delays. Any delays are our of our control.
Signature is required on receipt.

International shipping via Royal Mail. Standard Shipping £5.50, Tracked £11.50. Please allow for Brexit related delays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted once your order has been placed.

Refunds will only be offered for faulty goods. In this case, refund will only be issued on receipt of photographic evidence of fault. Faulty goods must be reported and returned within 28 days to qualify for a refund.
